1. Return Eligibility

  • The item is unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging, including all accessories and tags.

  • A valid proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt) is provided.

  • Final sale, custom-made, or non-returnable items cannot be returned unless they are defective or incorrect.


2. How to Initiate a Return

To start the return process:

  2. Provide your order number, reason for the return, and photo evidence if the item is damaged or defective.

  3. Once approved, we will send you return instructions.

  4. Ship your item using a trackable service, preferably UPS, to the return address below.


3. Return Shipping Information

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or the error was on our part.

  • Please use a trackable shipping service to prevent lost packages.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • You will receive an email notification about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to the original method of payment (e.g., PayPal) within 5–7 business days.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 7 business days of delivery.

  • Provide your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and photo documentation.

  • We will offer a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
